Spoke with EL and with staff FM, LN. Sampled the case files of EL. Reviewed 11 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, education attendance and progress, health appointments and records, key-work and one-to-one sessions, activities, interests and time outside the home.
