Spoke with EL and with staff BR. Sampled the case files of EL. Reviewed 15 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, individual risk assessments, medication management, key-work and one-to-one sessions, activities, interests and time outside the home, family time and contact, fire safety, visitors to the home, online safety.
