The visit

Spoke with LW, FC, DR and with staff TE, RE. Sampled the case files of FC. Reviewed 14 areas: missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, children's case files and care plans, individual risk assessments, medication management, activities, interests and time outside the home, premises and environment, visitors to the home, online safety, physical intervention and restraint.
