Spoke with MS, SE and with staff EM, GL. Sampled the case files of DR. Reviewed 10 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, individual risk assessments, activities, interests and time outside the home, statement of purpose, safeguarding concerns and referrals.
