Spoke with SE, DR, LW and with staff RW, PP. Sampled the case files of FC, DR. Reviewed 10 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, health appointments and records, activities, interests and time outside the home, premises and environment.
